handling payoff and release was terrible do not ever use them

all the people at toyota financial are liars their procedures are not uniform the people they hire were not train properly they are the same as the big 3 in the U.S. (GM,FORD,CHRYSLER) i hope they all go out of business and give the small guy a chance to succeed. it take over 20 days to get a letter of account pay off and it cost me additional 2700 with my home loan due to extension of my morgage rate lock.they charge you each time you extend your closing date. i will never ever use another toyota products again in this life time. so are the rest of my families. so sad, produces good products pick up bad U.S. big 3 bad habbits, i hop they fail.
